The process of interior design

The process starts from concept design to spatial furniture layout plans to installation. We work closely with the architects .Architectural plans of Residential Interiors, Layout spatial plans, specifying internal finishes, lighting design, furniture specification, custom design furniture & we provide the service of décor-design from specifying fabrics to soft furnishings, furniture layout, including carpets & window treatments( curtaining, blinds, roman blinds ).

Our 4-step guide

Meeting
Meet with the client, evaluate & assess their thoughts to get the look & feel they are after, a formal quote to be send regarding the scope of work in relation to the brief as received from the client
Mood Board
Due to the nature of the brief , mood-boards to be presented with specified finishes, furniture, accessories, etc. and quotes for custom furniture, décor, window treatments by Nouveau & Bespoke Design.
Approval
Approval from client, receiving the go ahead, a deposit to be made, depending on nature of project, lead time varies. Only certain subcontractors dealing with Nouveau will be coordinated by us, all contractors & suppliers to be paid directly by client, contactors to be paid after complete installation. Last payment of balance due before delivery date is confirmed, after payment received, delivering of goods, décor, all furniture, will take place. Take note: Special project management available on request.
Installation
Overseeing the installation and delivery of furniture & décor. A written agreement with client, for styling décor & products on appro basis.
