The previous owner, had his property on the market for a few years with no interest at all, coming to us for assistance, we visited the property & advised the following, due to the large vast open spaces the home might have seemed intimidating, how do we fill it with furniture was everyone’s question?  We proposed the following, by doing spatial furniture layouts, doing customized furniture from sofas, coffee tables, rugs, beds, breakfast tables, & outdoor furniture, this completely changed the result, it looked completely different than the first time we visited the home, the owners decided to trade as a guesthouse, not too long, they sold it for double the price they previously had listed it for. A complete barn renovation project – amazing property in the forest located in the Geelhoutboom area, outside George.  We had the pleasure of working with the Badenhorst Family and they were completely open to a fresh approach. The old barn literally was only made up of roof-sheets and a few walls, we were fully invested in the new project, from architecturally to the interior design & finishing. No one could believe the transformation as the project was progressing,   Specifying the exterior finishes as well as the interior finishes from tiles, san-ware, lighting, & assisting in choosing finishes & ironmongery for the doors, bathroom vanities and kitchen. Then along came the inside, we were going for a more contemporary approach to suit the clients lifestyle and their taste.  New photos to follow soon!. To working with an amazing couple& their beautiful two daughters, we are just as exited to be part of their project, to many more crazy beautiful memories with friends & family!

Working closely, with our clients in the far away distance, we did an amazing renovation project in the Wilderness, Constantia Kloof .

This has been one of our favorites, set on a different tone, change of mood & a complete insight to how our clients will live here when they on holiday.  An experience, with an oversight view to art, books, furniture, & lifestyle.

A renovation for a family’s holiday home – the mood to be contemporary & lightened up as to create a much as possible light in the home.  

Assisting with brand new finishes throughout the home, new lighting, wall-, flooring finishes, bathrooms, sanware, window treatments, braai, & electrical equipment for the kitchen & bar. 

The client’s budget with regards to furniture was more focused on the private bedrooms , we used existing pieces the client had purchased before renovating or even with starting new plans, we were able to use & it worked very well with the layout & function of the main living area.   

New residential home based in Fancourt Residential Estate, we were very involved in the built of this new home & worked closely with the family on the aesthetic aspects, ambience & look and feel.  Our role was choosing finishes , lighting, tiles, sanware and assisting with the kitchen & cabinetry designs with Eugton Cupboards. We designed furniture & chose fabrics with the clients to suit the space, sourcing furniture & decor & making custom window treatments, shutters by Keens Kenmar, to achieve the timeless feel.

This home is a beautiful contemporary timeless beauty. Absolutely a humble & creative sanctuary.
