We have a great contractors list we have partnered together with the last 10 years for residential projects in the Garden Route.

Whenever we get the chance to get creative, in all cases we always try to support our local artisans, for either custom made furniture, soft furnishings or newly fitted built-in cupboards, kitchesn, wine cellars, etc.

The artisans we work with have great expertise in knowledge, performance & experience. We have a team we have worked very closely with since 2013.

I’ve always find myself surrounded by beautiful objects of art, and learned the appreciation of art at a young age, the thought, the technique, & the soul that goes into visually creating a piece. Each piece is a personal reflection of what stage or moment in time you find yourself.

I’ve always adored the different Art movements & how they attributed to the history of interior, a love for heritage & modern architecture, the love of textiles. All of this to visually forming an abode, one feels in content.

Growing up on a farm in the most beautiful Cape Heritage home, with most of the original details still intact to this day, such as the thicknesses of the walls, wooden doors & flooring, the ornate steel ceilings, the early 1900’s leaf copper detailed pendants, the fireplaces, the white washed limed barns and so much more… the appreciation of antiques definitely was engraved into my mind & working for a modern age architecture firm, has helped me create a sense of balance.

Our home has always been a home to others, holiday makers, evening suppers, a lot of planning to welcoming & hosting loved ones.

To this day working closely together with Eddie, my mentor since 2012, a certain aesthetic and taste has been developed, from sourcing products for Bespoke Design, as well as designing interiors for the high-end residential & commercial properties.

Growing in the design world & architecture, Nouveau is ready to take the next step alongside an amazing group of experienced & thinking out of the box team.

One could say my sense of style is more of contemporary aesthetic mixed with bold statements; organic moods & unpretentious – creating an oasis for one to escape in.

I believe style is always the mood you reflect.

Interiors are the backdrop of our everyday lives; a place to let go of our emotions & enhance ourselves in ordinary life.

In the matter of not only visually articulating our personality’s in our homes, it is the little things that matters most.
